Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
• Group bookings of 3 rooms or more: if cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If less than 14 days notification is given 50% of booking will be charged.

Smoking

• This is a non smoking establishment. If anybody is found smoking a charge of £100 will be imposed to cover cleansing costs.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome.
• All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Maximum capacity of baby-cots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy

• No deposit will be charged.

VAT

• 17.5% VAT is included.
• Service charge is not applicable

Internet

• Wireless internet is available in the hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan

• Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking

• Free guest parking is available on site; one car per room. Charges will apply for additional vehicles.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.
